Robotic Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, automated machinery, and robotic systems to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial maintenance, robotic welding systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and electrical systems up to 480V. What You'll Do:

Maintain and repair production machinery, robotic systems, and electrical equipment.Troubleshoot automated welding, assembly, and material-handling equipment.Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.Partner with production personnel to quickly resolve equipment issues.Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with FANUC, Motoman, Yaskawa, or similar robotic systems.Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.Electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480V.Strong mechanical aptitude; millwright experience is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
