    If you enjoy diagnosing automated systems, refining robot motion, and coordinating with production to maximize uptime, this role puts you at the center of our robotic finishing and wax manufacturing operations.

    Your impact

    • Act as SPA (Subject matter/Process Area expert) for robotic equipment and process operations—guide decisions, mentor others, and drive change.
    • Champion reliability and productivity by introducing programming and process improvements that stick.
    • Bridge functions—work with manufacturing teams to keep cells running smoothly and safely.
    • Document everything: code, configuration, and equipment changes—organized and audit-ready.
    • Troubleshoot with a methodical mindset to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.

    Core responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day manufacturing support for robotic finishing and robotic wax manufacturing equipment.
    • Program robots, refine motion paths across various controllers, and maintain clear documentation.
    • Communicate equipment status and issues effectively to cross-functional partners.
    • Comply with all EHS rules required for the work environment.

    What you will bring

    • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
    • 1+ year of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
    • Associate degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
    • Hands-on experience evaluating automated equipment and processes and resolving issues.
    • Robotics programming skills; experience with industrial controllers.
    • Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints; strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.
    • Organized problem-solver who prioritizes permanent corrective actions.
    • Robotics programming background and Weld Tech 2 certification (from Shape) are highly desirable.
