Robotic Mills Board Loading - 3Rd Shift

Job Summary:

Fill trays with parts to be ran through robotic milling machines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load trays by using board loading robot and by hand
• Ensure robotic mills are kept supplied with parts to run
• Ensure correct parts are loaded on their specific boards
• Assist set up operators with measuring sample parts
• Follow 6S practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good hand dexterity for handling small parts
• 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing
• Experience using a toolmakers microscope and micrometer is a plus
• Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time
• Must be able to sit for 8-10 hours
