Our transformative technology, like our robotic welding system, enables hardware to do more with less human input.We are looking for a Robotic Operations Support Specialist to join a dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic team to help create the future of manufacturing.What You'll DoSupport customers, interact with and operate running our state‑of‑the‑art autonomous welding cellsInterface with customers to ensure our equipment is operating efficientlyCoordinate with engineering resources to troubleshoot issues that may arisePerform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our automation equipment/cells locally or at customer sitesTroubleshoot customer issues of the welding system—familiarity with electrical, mechanical and vision systems will be helpfulRecord data as required by engineers to drive issue resolutionCarefully monitor cell performance and part fit‑upRead engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, electrical schematics and interpret blueprintsService and maintain pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devicesIntegrate a sophisticated autonomous welding cell into a customer's manufacturing processLearn Forge processes in great detail and gain familiarity in operating the cell from command prompts and code changesInspect, clean, and replace electrical and mechanical componentsBe adaptable—our needs change and develop quickly, so adaptability is a mustWho You AreTechnical training, trade school certification, associate degree in engineering tech/B.S. engineering or related industry experienceHands‑on experience in design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical systems (preferably manufacturing equipment specific)Some welding experience (no certifications necessary)Have fabrication or machine shop experienceComfortable with learning some programming languagesDetail‑oriented and have experience working with small and fragile componentsPassionate about what you do and enjoy working in a collaborative environmentEager to learn and grow in your fieldA plus: bilingual (specifically Spanish)Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsRequires the ability to lift 50 poundsAbility to operate and use shop equipmentAble to climb ladders and bend over/move into awkward positionsCommitment to high standards of workmanship, the production of quality products, and continuous quality improvement10‑20% travelEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAt Path Robotics we love coming to work to solve interesting and tough challenges but also because our ideas are welcomed and valued.
