Must HaveTechnical/Functional SkillsDesign, develop and execute test suite, Experience with Bug trackingtools and test management systems, Web testing, Robot Framework,PlaywrightRoles & Responsibilities Design manual and automated testing processes, testing plans,and test cases Perform the following types of tests manually and/or using testautomation tools: system, functional, regression, integration,usability Develop a comprehensive framework for software testing, andorganize testing activities for new and existing releases Oversee integration, functional, system, regression, load,integration, performance, and UAT test scenarios Incorporate industry quality assurance testing standards, bestpractices, and tools into SPE environment Ensure system standards, code and documentation is recentand maintained in a central, and secure repository Maintain record of test discrepancies, using designated QAtools Provide feedback of test results to development staff forresolution Provide testing status to appropriate project managementGeneric Managerial Skills Collaborate with development leads and business analysts todesign and create test data required to drive test scenarios Define and lead process improvements that will improveoverall efficiency and software quality Play a strategic role in the overall design and implementationof the quality assurance program Maintain the overall quality of Project Deliverables andoversee all stages of testing Implement quality processes in support of the developmentand production change management process Manage a full-cycle process for recording test discrepanciesand communicating those findings to the appropriate sources
