What you will do
Install and commission robotic cells and automated equipment at our facility and on customer sites to meet engineering requirements.
Provide on-site startup support, testing, and validation to ensure safe, reliable performance.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on robots, PLCs, HMIs, and supporting hardware.
Troubleshoot integration issues across robotics, control systems, and field devices—diagnose, resolve, document.
Program and optimize robot paths and routines; assist with calibration and cycle-time improvements.
Configure and program industrial vision systems (FANUC, Cognex, Keyence, etc.).
Maintain meticulous documentation: maintenance logs, wiring and schematic updates, and troubleshooting records.
Champion safety practices and adhere to company and industry standards.
Collaborate daily with engineers and project managers to drive project milestones.

Core capabilities
Industrial robotics and automation know-how
Comfort with PLCs/HMIs and programming for FANUC, ABB, and Yaskawa platforms
Vision system experience: FANUC, Cognex, Keyence
Mechanical aptitude; understanding of pneumatics and electrical systems
Analytical troubleshooting and root-cause thinking
Ability to interpret schematics, prints, and manuals
Strong communicator; quality- and safety-minded
Organized—able to handle multiple priorities
Minimum qualifications
2+ years of hands-on work with robotic systems in manufacturing or automation
Experience in robotic integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Knowledge of risk assessments, safety practices, and industrial standards
Valid driver’s license; travel-readiness for customer support
Travel
Up to 40% travel to customer locations.
