Full-time Robotic and Manual Welders are sought for a leading metal fabricator in Beaver Dam. This role offers a great work culture with weekly lunches, clean workspaces, and competitive benefits.
Hours are Sunday-Thursday, 9:30pm-6:00am, with starting pay between $17.00-$19.00/hr plus a $2.00 shift premium after hire.
Responsibilities include performing MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding, reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and inspecting finished work.
Qualifications involve basic welding knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with fixtures and set-up parameters. Robotic experience is a plus but not required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
