Robotic Welder

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Robotic Welder to join their team. As a Robotic Welder, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Robotic Welder

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $17.50

Shift: 10 pm to 6 am, Sunday through Thursday
**overtime is scheduled prior to your start time and can be heavy, including Friday's

What's the Job?

• Set up, maintain, and operate robotic welding equipment according to specifications
• Position, secure, and fabricate parts of manufactured products following blueprints and job orders
• Inspect and measure machined workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards
• Adjust machine controls to regulate welding parameters such as wire feed speed, amperage, and gas type
• Remove excess weld material and perform quality inspections to verify conformance to specifications

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in welding, machine setup, and operation
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks as required
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
