Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM - $18.74/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM - $19.54/hr (includes $0.80 shift differential)
• Currently working 10-12 hours daily, with some Saturday work

What You'll Do

• Operate robotic welding equipment.
• FAST paced, and standing for 12 hour shifts
• Load metal parts into welding fixtures and remove completed parts.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure welds meet specifications.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working in a fast paced standing environment for long days.
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple workstations when needed.
• Good hand dexterity and comfort working with gloves.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required—we're looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic.
