Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team in Melrose Park, IL. This position is responsible for operating robotic welding equipment used in the production of radiators and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor robotic welding machines to manufacture radiator and cooling system components.
Load and unload parts into welding fixtures.
Perform visual inspections of welded components to ensure quality standards are met.
Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring tools and gauges.
Complete minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
Maintain production records and documentation as required.
Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
Keep work area clean and organized according to 5S standards.
Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous robotic welding, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment.
