Company is a metal fabricator in Taylor, MI
Pay: Up to $21/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift — 3 PM to 11 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and skilled Robotic Welders to join our team in Taylor. In this role, you will operate and maintain robotic welding machines to produce high‐quality welds on metal components while meeting production and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Must pass a MIG welding test
Operate robotic welders — run and monitor robotic welding machines to ensure proper weld quality.
Load and unload parts — place components into the robotic welding system safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance — troubleshoot and maintain welding robots and related equipment.
Inspect finished welds — verify accuracy and quality to meet production and industry standards.
Follow safety procedures — maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members — support production goals and quality expectations.
Requirements
Experience in MIG and robotic welding or a similar welding role.
Knowledge of robotic welding equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem‐solving skills.
Must be able to work 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM).
