Company: Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring for a Robotics Welder opening in Temple, TX! All of our services are free for prospective employees. Our positions can be temporary, temporary to permanent or permanent positions depending on a particular customer’s need.

Pay/Salary: $15.00 or more per hour. DOE.
Hours of Work: M-TH 6:00am – 4:30pm, with some occasional overtime
Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions :
Load and unload parts into the Welder Machine Monitor all functions of the welder machine to ensure the completed products meet desired specifications Program the welding machine, initiate the welding programs and complete finishing tasks as needed using a Mig welding machine Perform quality checks on finished metal pieces Use hand tools and equipment to clean work pieces and machines Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists to transfer products to holding areas Comply with Safety Rules and Practices Other duties assigned by manager
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Must pass a criminal background check Must maintain exceptional attendance Must have attention to detail and time management skills Strong Communication and listening skills are needed Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull lift, squat, kneel and stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled work environment
