Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• MIG or TIG welding experience preferred
• Fabrication, machining, robotics, or manufacturing experience a plus
• Experience reading blueprints preferred
• Computer, programming, or technical experience required
• 3D modeling experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required

Job Duties

• Learn robotic welding programming and operation
• Perform MIG welds and complete weld testing requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Assist with fabrication and robotic welding projects
• Monitor production quality and make programming adjustments as trained
• Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
