Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read, complete, and maintain production, quality, and traceability documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety standards and operating procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, production, or machine operator role is helpful.
• Experience operating production machinery and meeting established production goals.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and production leadership.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and company policies.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and repetitive movement.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.

Job Duties

• Operate production machinery and equipment while meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and complete required quality checks.
• Accurately complete production paperwork, including quality reports, time records, scrap documentation, and traceability logs.
• Retrieve materials from containers, process products according to work instructions, and return finished goods to designated storage areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with production team members, coordinators, and supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with additional production-related tasks as assigned.
