Robotic Welding Lead
Pay: $35 to $50 per hour depending on experience
Lead Advanced Robotic Welding Operations
#ZRWe're looking for an experienced Robotic Welding Lead to oversee robotic welding operations, optimize automated welding processes, and mentor production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality, improve efficiency, and support the growth of our automation capabilities.
What You'll Do
Lead daily robotic welding operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding systems
Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase equipment uptime
Support preventive maintenance and new equipment installations
Train and mentor operators and technicians
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
5+ years of robotic welding experience in manufacturing
Experience with Fanuc, ABB, Motoman/Yaskawa, KUKA, or similar robotic systems
Strong knowledge of MIG and FCAW welding
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
Lean Manufacturing or automation experience is a plus
