**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and simulate efficient offline programs using advanced software like Robotmaster or MotoSim, ensuring collision-free execution for complex weldments.
- Optimize robotic operations by adjusting travel speed, voltage, and other parameters to enhance quality and minimize production times.
- Act as the first line of technical support, addressing intricate automation issues and software malfunctions.
- Inspect completed fabrications, guaranteeing adherence to stringent structural standards.
- Provide mentorship to production teams, advising on best practices for setup and operational efficiency.
- Manage basic preventative maintenance on robotics systems to ensure consistent performance.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming industrial robots, preferably within Yaskawa/Motoman environments.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting detailed blueprints and optimizing fabrication sequences.
- Exceptional skills in MIG welding, capable of passing practical tests in both welding and inspection.
- Proven track record of reliable, long-term employment with demonstrated growth.
- Desirable qualifications include certifications in robotic welding, AWS CWI status, or an Associate’s Degree in Automated Manufacturing or Robotics.
