Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize robotic programs using Motosim/Yaskawa controllers along with Robotmaster offline software.
- Enhance welding paths and processes to ensure consistent, top-tier production of robust equipment attachments.
- Oversee the integration and debugging of robotic welding cells, serving as the go-to expert for intricate automation challenges.
- Share expertise with production teams to embed best practices in robotic machinery operations.
- Conduct maintenance checks and minor repairs to ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal disruption.
- Execute thorough inspections to guarantee perfect alignment with engineering standards and specifications.
- Partner with leaders and external partners to uphold cutting-edge technical guidelines and documentation.

Ideal Candidates Possess:
- Over three years of hands-on experience with Yaskawa/YRC1000 controllers and offline programming proficiency.
- An in-depth grasp of MIG welding methods, complemented by successful completion of internal welding competency tests.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of designing efficient fabrication paths for new fixtures.

- While a robotic welding certification is highly sought after, it is not mandatory.
