By late morning, you’re simulating robot paths in RoboGuide, refining PLC logic, and validating HMI flows to ensure every station—from automated component feeding and assembly to laser marking and vision inspection—works as one.
After lunch, you’re on the floor debugging an intermittent sensor fault, coordinating with skilled trades and outside vendors to restore uptime. Later, you meet with customers and suppliers to align on launch milestones. You close the day designing trials for a new liquid dispensing process—both single- and two-component—specifying equipment and planning material evaluations. Occasional travel and flexibility to support off-shifts (including 3rd) keep launches moving smoothly.
