Your mission

Lead complex control integrations across the plantfrom new capital installations to rebuilds and repairsensuring safe, reliable, and data-rich automation.

What you19ll tackle

  • Independently design, install, and support PLC, microcontroller, and IPC controls.
  • Author new PLC logic and execute deep-dive troubleshooting on Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and SLC systems.
  • Specify and build control panels and related hardware for machine builds and capital projects.
  • Engineer and deploy machine and gage control systems; integrate robotics and servo motion; implement HMI interfaces and plant data collection per company standards.
  • Administer documentation: maintain supplier PLC docs and a facility-wide electronic archive of programs and machine control drawings.
  • Design and roll out Ethernet-centric industrial networks and controller topologies.
  • Support operations during after-hours as part of a rotating off-shift troubleshooting schedule (one week per month).
  • Contribute to additional initiatives as assigned by your manager.

Capabilities we19re seeking

  • BS in EE, Industrial Automation, CS, or CE; or equivalent background with 5+ years of industrial experience.
  • At least 1 year with HMI, SCADA, PLCs, and end-to-end control system design.
  • Required: Allen-Bradley ControlLogix programming/installation.
  • Preferred: FactoryTalk View ME/SE.
  • Preferred: Robotics installation, programming, and position teaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce complete, accurate electrical drawing packages.
  • Resourceful self-starter and strong analytical problem-solver.
