Robotics Automation Engineer (Research and Early Development)

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and test robotic automation systems, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Your creativity and technical expertise will help bring groundbreaking ideas to life in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in robotics, automation, or related fields
- Experience with robot programming and control systems
- Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and embedded systems
- Knowledge of software development, including Python, C++, or similar languages
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize robotic performance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with machine learning or AI integration for robotics
- Hands-on experience with industrial or collaborative robots
- Knowledge of vision systems and perception technologies
- Background in electrical engineering or mechanical design
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Prior experience in research or early-stage development environments is a plus
- Proven track record of working on innovative robotics projects
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to explore new methodologies and experiment with emerging technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, dynamic team setting
- Some travel may be required for research collaborations or conferences
