Job Title: Senior Robotics Engineer Automation
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $45 $50/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer to provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing industrial robotic systems. The role will focus on root-cause troubleshooting and programming support across KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robot platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve robotic cell issues at the root-cause engineering level.
• Diagnose, modify, and optimize robot programs to support production requirements.
• Perform hands-on diagnostics and adjustments on the production floor.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and improve robotic cell performance and reliability.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and maintenance personnel.
• Develop training materials and provide hands-on instruction in robotics programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• Senior-level experience with industrial robotics and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robots.
• Experience with robot programming, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
