Tesla is seeking a dynamic Robotics Logistics Manager to lead the final mile distribution strategy for Robotaxi and Optimus programs deployments across North America. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of advanced vehicle distribution processes requiring strategic thinking cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced evolving environments while driving innovation in logistics solutions.
Own end to end final mile logistics for Robotaxi and Optimus distribution ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines
Collaborate with Factory Rail Hub and Ad Hoc leadership to optimize volume deployment and market readiness
Develop and maintain cross functional partnerships to resolve complex distribution challenges
Monitor and improve logistics KPIs providing actionable insights to leadership teams
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and scalability of distribution operations
Act as a strategic leader in gray environments adapting to startup like workflows while maintaining operational rigor
Degree in Supply Chain Logistics or equivalent experience
4 years of leadership experience in logistics with preference for remote team management
Proven track record in warehousing distribution or similar operations
Strong analytical skills with experience in data driven decision making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Self starter with comfort in ambiguous high growth environments
Familiarity with logistics softwaretools e.g. ERP systems data visualization platforms
