    Description

    Develop manufacturing methods and specify equipment for stator manufacturing.Create new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing costs.Generate machine specifications, documentation, and manufacturing instructions.Conduct process flow, failure mode effects analysis, and inspection methodology for new products.Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.Collaborate with engineering teams to propose solutions for future products.Experience improving production processes using data analysis software.Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.Experience with automation systems and robotics controlled by PLCs.Strong hands-on experience with high-volume and pilot manufacturing.Proven track record of data-driven problem-solving.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.Ability to manage and execute project timelines effectively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
