Robotics Manufacturing Operations Technician
Do you like turning detailed instructions into working hardware? Are you energized by moving parts, crisp documentation, and quality you can measure? Step into a role that blends hands-on electro-mechanical assembly with material flow support for advanced robotic systems.

Location: Westboro, Massachusetts
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM
What you will do
Electro-mechanical build: Read assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and work orders; gather tools and subassemblies; assemble, repair, and rework components.
Production & materials support: Move, stage, and deliver parts; operate pallet jacks and carts; perform kitting, labeling, and organization; keep inventory accurate via documentation and scanning.
Quality & records: Conduct inspections to CTQ standards; complete production records and quality entries; follow written work instructions; enter data into manufacturing systems.
Safety & teamwork: Adhere to safety procedures; communicate clearly; help maintain supply inventory by monitoring stock and verifying receipts.
Must-haves
Ability to stand 7+ hours per shift.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Read and follow English-language work instructions.
Comfortable using a handheld scanner.
Nice-to-haves
1+ year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ERP, MES, or inventory management systems.
Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, or traveler paperwork.
Safe material handling practices (lifting, staging, carts, PPE).
Strong attention to detail for labeling and part accuracy.
Baseline requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Available for scheduled shifts with occasional overtime.
Accurate data entry using computers and manufacturing software.
Comfort with repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
Thrives in a team-based manufacturing environment.
Comfortable with power tools and related equipment.
