Job Title: Robotics Online Programmer

Location: Vonore, TN

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Robotics Online Programmer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, robotics programming, automation system design, and system analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming Yaskawa 6-axis robots, designing robotic workcells and EOAT, performing robot reachability and payload analysis, and working with integrated vision and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and program robotic workcells, EOAT, and automation systems.
• Perform robot reachability, payload analysis, and motion optimization.
• Program Yaskawa 6-axis robots online and use MotoSim for simulation.
• Conduct risk assessments per ANSI/RIA R15.06 and ISO 10218.
• Integrate vision systems, safety PLCs, light curtains, and fail-safe systems.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and production optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of robotics/automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with 6-axis robot programming, especially Yaskawa.
• Mandatory MotoSim simulation experience.
• Experience with Cognex/Keyence vision systems.
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5, ANSI/RIA R15.06, and ISO 10218.
• Experience with robot reachability, payload analysis, EOAT, and safety systems.
• Waterjet cutting experience preferred.
