Job Summary:

We are seeking a Robotics Project Engineer / Manager with strong robotics consulting, project management, and deployment experience. This role focuses on the intersection of business and technology, leading robotics deployments and evaluating automation opportunities rather than robot programming or electrical wiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead robotics projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Evaluate robotics opportunities, ROI, productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage robotic deployments across multiple sites and environments.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, vendors, and site teams.
• Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects and pilot new robotics technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships, project documentation, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify future robotics and automation opportunities.
• Support robotics strategy across manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory environments.
• Address compliance requirements in regulated environments.
• Travel 30 50% based on project and site requirements.

Required / Preferred Skills:

• Strong robotics consultative or applications engineering experience.
• Proven experience deploying multiple types of robots across diverse environments.
• Experience with KUKA, FANUC, ABB, UR, MiR, or OTTO platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business and operational needs into robotics solutions.
• Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA requirements, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
