We are seeking a Robotics Welding Engineer to support welding process development, robotic welding strategy creation, and manufacturing model change activities within a high-volume production environment. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering teams to evaluate welding feasibility, optimize robotic welding operations, and support tooling modification and installation projects.This position is ideal for candidates with experience in robotic welding, offline robot programming, and 3D CAD applications within a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStudy and evaluate welding processes for manufacturing feasibility.Estimate robotic welding process cycle times.Develop robotic welding strategies utilizing various engineering data formats.Provide technical feedback on design concepts and manufacturing requirements.Support engineering teams during model change and production improvement activities.Communicate study results and recommendations to stakeholders.Assist with tooling modifications, equipment installations, and process improvements.Support production requirements during shutdowns, weekends, holidays, and overtime periods.Required QualificationsBachelor\'s Degree (or higher) in Engineering ORMinimum 5 years of equivalent engineering-related experience.Experience working with welding robots in a manufacturing environment.Experience with offline robot programming software.1–5 years of experience and proficiency with 3D CAD software, including CATIA, DELMIA, and similar 3D CAD platforms.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
