About the Household:
️ Mom is a doctor with a flexible schedule — she may be sleeping during the day after night shifts
Dad is a professor and will be out of the house during working hours
No strict routine — just a welcoming, go-with-the-flow home
Requirements:
At least 2 years of childcare experience
CPR & First Aid certified
Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
Able to pass a background and reference check
At least 18 years old
Up-to-date on standard child vaccinations (MMR, Tdap, chickenpox, etc)
Flu and COVID vaccines preferred but not required
