Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming calls receptionist to join our dental team! 

As the receptionist for our busy offices, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of patients through phone calls, text messages, and emails. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Spanish and English speaking is required for this role.


Responsibilities 

• Greet Patients 
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients
• Verify some insurance eligibility
• Contact patients to confirm visits 
• Contact patients to help schedule their next appointments
  
  

Qualifications

• Two or more years of a people-facing role is preferred (food service, sales, concierge, etc.)
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and phones
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Bi-lingual Spanish / English
