Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Installing Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and delivers precision and quality in every installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC system installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Conduct start-ups and performance testing of installed systems.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service records.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments (attics, rooftops, etc.).
