IS HIRING! Part-Time Delivery Drivers & Budtenders Rocky Hill, ConnecticutRodeo Cannabis Co. is looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Rocky Hill dispensary team. We are currently hiring Part-Time Delivery Drivers and Part-Time Budtenders. PART-TIME DELIVERY DRIVEROur Delivery Drivers will be responsible for safely and professionally delivering cannabis products from our Rocky Hill dispensary to customers in accordance with Connecticut regulations and company procedures.Responsibilities include:Safely deliver customer orders throughout ConnecticutVerify orders and required customer identificationFollow all delivery, security, and cash-handling proceduresMaintain communication with the dispensary while making deliveriesMaintain a professional and friendly attitude with customersFollow all Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection requirements and Rodeo Cannabis Co. policiesDriver Requirements:Valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordReliable and punctualComfortable driving for extended periodsStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to follow strict security and compliance proceduresMust meet all Connecticut requirements for working in a licensed cannabis establishment PART-TIME BUDTENDEROur Budtenders are responsible for providing customers with a welcoming, professional, and informative dispensary experience.Responsibilities include:Greet and assist customers with cannabis product selectionsProvide accurate information about available productsOperate the POS system and process customer transactionsVerify customer identification and follow all compliance requirementsMaintain an organized, clean, and professional retail environmentAssist with inventory, stocking, and general dispensary operationsProvide excellent customer serviceFollow all Rodeo Cannabis Co. policies and Connecticut cannabis regulationsBudtender Requirements:Strong customer-service and communication skillsRetail, hospitality, or cannabis experience preferredDependable and able to work as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced retail environmentAbility to work evenings and weekends as neededMust meet all Connecticut requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis establishmentWHY JOIN RODEO?Rodeo Cannabis Co. is a Connecticut-based, vertically integrated cannabis company.
