Overview:

The Quality Analyst ensures proactive preparation and execution of Internal Quality Audits and perform review of client’s Quality Assurance Report. 

 

This position requires 50-75% travel to client sites in South Carolina and Tennessee. 

Responsibilities:

Ensure proactive preparation and execution of Internal Quality Audits and perform review of client’s Quality Assurance Report. 

  • IQA Reviews
  • Prepare review, data extraction, and responses to Leadership
  • Track completion of audit follow-up
  • Lead the selection of audited data
  • Train and coach designated audit participants in good workflow and policy/procedure practices both in ROI and the Epic EMR platforms.
  • Maintain the SOP as well as audited data and participants.
  • Experience with Epic Release Module and Release of Information required.

Execute the client audit program

 

  • Prepare for client audits
  • Prepare audit responses
  • Track completion of audit follow-up

Lead the Quality Workflow, System Improvements, and Employee Training

 

  • ROI Online Procedures

Maintain Compliance in key Quality Systems

 

  • Assure ROI Quality compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations as well as corporate and client policies.  Communicate all identified compliance and quality risks to manager.
  • Review SOPs, protocols, reports and other quality and regulated records involving technically complex issues and processes for accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain written records of all audits and inspections as required and may sign records documenting the performance.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Associates Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1 years’ experience working with Epic Release Module.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required.
  • Demonstrates excellence in written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%.
