Overview
Neurocrine is seeking a fast-moving Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Paradox AI conversational recruiting platform. This role will drive planning, vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end delivery of capabilities including candidate screening, scheduling, chatbot workflows, and HR system integrations.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the integrated project plan, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead implementation activities for Paradox AI conversational recruiting capabilities.
• Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, IT, Security, and external vendor teams.
• Manage vendor communications, delivery commitments, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide clear executive-level status reporting.
• Identify risks and blockers early; maintain and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate testing, training, change-management, launch, and post-launch stabilization activities.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives, timeline, quality expectations, and applicable HR/IT standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including enterprise technology or HR transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing SaaS implementations and third-party vendors.
• Experience working with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, or recruiting technologies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and project-management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Paradox AI or comparable conversational AI/recruiting platforms.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, scheduling, chatbot, or employee-data integrations.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or comparable project-management certification
