Description
We are seeking a skilled Roll Finisher to operate automated equipment in a fast-paced printing environment in West Henrietta, NY.
This role involves setting up and calibrating machines to align prints, laminate materials, and score back sheets with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automated processes and a commitment to ensuring product quality.
Shift Hours:
1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30PM - Monday - Friday
$18/per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Program and calibrate automated machines to align prints and apply laminations.
- Set up equipment to score back sheets according to customer specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent production and quality standards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and adjust settings as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Previous experience operating automated machinery is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Familiarity with laminating, scoring, and automated printing processes.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established protocols.
