Roll Form Operator 2nd Shift
Location: Temple, GA Area
Pay: $_18__/hour
Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 PM3:30 AM
Overtime: Mandatory overtime as needed, including Fridays and additional hours based on business needs.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Roll Form Operator to operate and monitor roll-forming machinery used to shape metal into finished products. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or machine operation experience and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate roll-forming machinery and related production equipment.
Load and feed metal materials into machinery.
Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation.
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper specifications.
Use measuring tools and follow production instructions.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Meet production and quality goals.
Requirements
Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and operate industrial equipment.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be able to work MondayThursday, 5:00 PM3:30 AM.
Mandatory overtime required as needed, including Fridays.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Steel-toe shoes required.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
