Roll Form Operator

HTI is hiring a Roll Form Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Easley/Greenville, SC. What You'll Do

As a Roll Form Operator, you'll be responsible for safely operating roll forming equipment while producing quality metal components that meet customer specifications and production goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate roll forming machinery safely and efficiently to meet production requirements
• Set up tooling, adjust machine settings, and verify proper machine operation
• Read and interpret blueprints, production orders, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform in-process quality inspections using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Monitor product quality and dimensional accuracy throughout production
• Troubleshoot minor machine, tooling, and material feed issues
• Assist with coil loading and material handling using forklifts or overhead cranes (as authorized)
• Complete production, quality, scrap, and downtime documentation
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards
• Follow all OSHA, PPE, and lockout/tagout safety procedures
• Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates will have:

• Manufacturing or industrial machine operation experience
• Experience operating roll forming equipment, metal fabrication equipment, or similar production machinery preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
• Ability to accurately measure to 1/32" or better
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is a plus
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
• Ability to wear required PPE throughout the workday
