Step into a production role that keeps the world moving

At Minova’s Tooele, Utah facility, you’ll help manufacture products that support mining, tunneling, and construction projects worldwide. As a Roll Forming Production Operator, you will be cross-trained across multiple stations to keep operations safe, efficient, and on pace.

Schedule and pay

  • 1st shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • 2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
  • 3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Pay: $22/hr. plus a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Target start dates: July, August, September

A day in the life

You arrive, review work instructions, and move to the area with the highest demand—perhaps a roll former at start-up or a press cell mid-run. You set up or adjust equipment for steady throughput, load materials safely, and keep a close eye on gauges and product quality. As production needs shift, you rotate to another station, help a neighboring team, and make sure finished goods are staged and ready to ship. Throughout the shift, you’re focused on safety, quality, and meeting output targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor roll forming lines, presses, and related manufacturing equipment
  • Perform basic setups and adjustments to maintain flow and product quality
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished goods with safe handling practices
  • Maintain production pace to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Learn multiple roles and rotate between stations to support the line
  • Assist adjacent departments to keep operations continuous
  • Respond to changing priorities and cover multiple operator functions as needed

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
  • Comfort operating machinery and performing hands-on work in a fast-paced setting
  • Mechanical aptitude, including simple component or wire changes
  • Ability to read and follow documented work instructions
  • Strong commitment to safety and product quality
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
