The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Safely operate sit-down, gas-powered forklifts with roll-grab attachments throughout a large manufacturing facility.
• Use forklift roll grab attachments to move raw materials
• Transport and stage materials between production, recycling, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Load materials onto production equipment or machinery as needed.
• Complete required equipment inspections and follow all site safety procedures and material-handling guidelines.

Position: Roll Grab Operator

Shift: Night Shift

Days: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Pay: 22.75 with our Site/Shift Premium of $2.00 and $3.00 weekend shift premium

Required Qualifications: At least 6 months experience operating Roll Grab forklift attachment

Role Purpose:

What will you do in this role? Our Roll Grab are responsible for moving material from one area to another within our production environment. You"ll receive material from production and deliver material to coverting using a Roll Grab or Rhino attachment forklift. Our environment is team oriented, fast paced and safety focused. We move products that people need and want. At DHL, YOU will be an essential part of everyday life.

Key Accountabilities:

Receive Material from Production

Deliver Material to Coverting

Operate a 12,000lb MHE with two different attachment (Roll Grab & Rhino Attachment)

Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.

Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.

Refuell Hydrogen Cell Lifts

Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.

Assist in physical inventories.

Complete daily inspection of equipment.

Required Education and Experience:

Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment

High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

Six months warehouse experience, preferred

Six months clamp operation experience

Roll Grab Experience Required
