Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to provide hauling services for waste and construction debris. In this role, you will deliver, remove and transport roll-off containers to and from customer sites while maintaining a high level of customer service and safety. This is a hands-on driving position that involves physical activity and working in a variety of environments.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete driver reports
  
• 
  Deliver and remove roll-off containers for commercial and residential customers
  
• 
  Safely operate a roll-off truck in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  
• 
  Properly tarp containers to secure loads during transport
  
• 
  Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation
  
• 
  Navigate routes efficiently including congested or confined areas
  
• 
  Enter and exit the truck multiple times throughout the day
  
• 
  Climb and perform manual tasks such as securing loads and adjusting materials
  
• 
  Provide professional and courteous customer service
  
• 
  Assist with additional duties such as maintenance or other driving tasks as needed
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  Valid Class B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement (Class A preferred)
  
• 
  Must pass DOT drug screen and physical and obtain a current DOT medical card
  
• 
  Must be insurable under company insurance guidelines
  
• 
  Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations
  
• 
  Ability to plan efficient routes and manage time effectively
  
• 
  Basic mechanical knowledge for minor truck maintenance
  
• 
  Strong communication and customer service skills
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  
• 
  Frequent climbing, reaching, bending and crouching
  
• 
  Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  
• 
  Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day
