? The Job:
+ Safely operate a Roll-Off Garbage Truck on assigned routes
+ Read route sheets and follow dispatcher instructions
+ Deliver and remove containers at customer locations
+ Transport and dispose of waste at designated facilities
+ Perform daily vehicle inspections, including fluids, tires, and safety equipment
+ Operate hydraulic systems and controls safely
+ Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
+ Provide excellent customer service while representing Waste Connections professionally
✅ Requirements:
ROLL-OFF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
Candidates without previous Roll-Off driving experience will not be considered.
NO MANUAL TRANSMISSION RESTRICTION
Drivers must be able to operate BOTH manual and automatic transmission trucks.
✅ Valid Class A or Class B CDL
✅ Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
✅ Previous Roll-Off experience required
✅ Ability to safely operate hydraulic equipment
✅ Clean driving record
✅ Stable work history
✅ Strong commitment to safety and customer service
✅ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
