This position begins by operating a manual plate rolling machine with the opportunity to advance to CNC plate rolling equipment as skills develop.
The ideal candidate has previous plate rolling experience, enjoys working with metal fabrication equipment, and is committed to producing high-quality work in a safe manufacturing environment. Required Experience & Skills Previous plate rolling experience required Minimum one year of manual plate roller experience preferred Manufacturing and metal fabrication experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret work orders and production specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate manual plate rolling machines to form flat metal into cylindrical components Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Maintain production schedules while meeting quality standards Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Train on CNC plate rolling equipment as experience and skills develop Assist with additional fabrication duties as assigned Cross-Training Opportunities Employees may have opportunities to gain experience operating:
