We're looking for experienced Roll, Shear & Plasma Operators to join a growing structural steel and welding shop! If you have experience operating metal fabrication equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Operate roll, shear, and plasma cutting equipment
Read blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate cuts and fabrication
Measure, mark, and cut steel materials to specifications
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment operating efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating roll, shear, plasma, or other fabrication equipment
Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately
Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts is a plus
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
