Job Summary
Paceline is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Fabric Rolling Department as Roller I team members. This is an entry-level manufacturing position supporting production through material handling, packing, and basic rolling department operations. No prior experience required — training provided.
Responsibilities
- Reads and interprets daily production travelers.
- Confirms correct material has been picked in accordance with the production travelers.
- Performs basic operation of the rolling table:
- Loading semi-finished goods
- Visual quality inspection on the light table
- Rolling of semi-finished goods to specified lengths in accordance with production travelers
- Final visual inspection, preparation and cleaning before packing
- Tracks completed rolls on daily production tracker
- Records daily work totals in JobBoss, Paceline’s ERP system
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Blow off Rolling tables
- Sweep the production floor
- Empty trash bins
- Organize extra material to maximize operational space
Qualifications
- Entry-level; manufacturing experience a plus but not required
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable and punctual
