Roof Helper
Typical Duties & Requirements
Repair and maintenance on all roof systems including: • BUR (Built-Up Roof) Modified Bitumen • TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) • EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) • Slope tile shingles Knowledge of these systems is helpful but not required.
Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with a strong attention to detail.
You must not be afraid of heights.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
Ability to work with others.
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
Physical Endurance and Capability
Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature
Valid Drivers license.
Speak English & Spanish Preferred.
I must be able to pass a drug screening test.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Full Time Position Plus Benefits
17.00 to 19.00 per hour depending on performance.
Paid recognized Holidays.
