Job Title: Roof Loader
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm (or until job is complete; times may vary)

As a Roof Loader, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with your manager and team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for
Safely set up roofing job sites and follow all safety protocols
Properly set ladders and install toe boards in compliance with OSHA standards
Secure fall protection systems using anchors and other safety equipment
Load and unload roofing materials from conveyor trucks or boom pallets
Place materials on roof boards for efficient installation, including calculating roof dimensions
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds throughout the workday
Comfort working at heights and on pitched roofs
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication skills, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented mindset
