Job Title: Roof Loader
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Hours: 6:30 am - until the day is done (Typically 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, with overtime during busy season)

As a Roof Loader, you'll be essential in supporting efficient operations by safely loading deliveries and assisting on job sites. You'll work closely with your team to ensure materials are delivered safely and on time, helping to drive our success every day.
What You'll Do
As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with team members to load and securely strap roofing materials onto trucks, ensuring safe transportation.
- Setting up job sites efficiently by unloading pallets, stacking materials, and preparing site access.
- Positioning ladders in accordance with OSHA safety standards to facilitate roof access.
- Clearing snow and debris from roofs when necessary to enable delivery and installation.
- Unloading pallets of roofing materials and placing them on boards for secure and organized storage.
- Using fall protection gear properly to ensure personal and team safety while working at heights.
- Maintaining a clean and organized yard and warehouse, including shoveling walkways to ensure safety and accessibility.
- Supporting team members during busy periods and assisting with various tasks as needed to meet project deadlines.
What You'll Bring

- The physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
- Comfort working at heights, including on roofs with various pitches.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Familiarity with construction sites and basic safety practices.
