Roof Repair Technician

P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of roof repair tasks while interacting directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of damaged roofs and provide effective repair solutions.
• Perform repairs and installation of roofing materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs, expected timelines, and provide ongoing updates.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Complete work orders and collect payments upon project completion.
• Participate in training and follow best practices for roofing repairs and customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing repair and installation.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
