Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in the Hendersonville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience plus $125/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing
Apply roofing materials using heat welding, cold application, and mechanical fastening techniques
Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of roof penetrations, seams, and flashings
Perform thorough roof inspections and identify issues such as leaks, damage, or material deterioration
Safely operate roofing tools and equipment such as torches, rollers, cutters, and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project scope and specifications
