Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Roofer Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects. This role is responsible for supervising job site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead roofing crews on job sites
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities
- Install and oversee installation of commercial roofing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Train and mentor team members
- Communicate with project managers and contractors
- Track materials, labor, and job progress
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Valid driver's license required
