What You’ll Do
You’ll work on residential roofing projects and build real trade skills quickly.
You’ll:
- Install and repair residential roofing systems (shingle and metal)
- Work alongside a high-efficiency crew that takes pride in craftsmanship
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate respectfully with homeowners and team members
- Learn roofing skills through hands-on, on-the-job training
- Improve your speed and skill over time
The Hiring Process

- 0–2 years of roofing or construction experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic - shows up on time and ready to work
- Willingness to learn quickly and be coached

- Reliable and consistent - your team can count on you
